1913
Predecessor founded: Kobe-Dai-ni Shoukai.
1950s~
1953
Established JPT LOGISTICS Co., Ltd. in Fukuoka Prefecture, with head office and two branches.
1954
Opened offices in Tokyo (Tokyo-Port), Yokohama, Osaka and Kobe.
1955
Increased capital to 10 million yen, upgraded the Tokyo office and Kobe branch office to full branches, and upgraded the Kokura and Hakata branch offices to sales offices. Additionally, the Yokohama office was renamed to the Yokohama branch office.
1956
Acquired rail freight forwarding business license.
Registered for general port transportation business and coastal cargo handling business at Moji Port.
Obtained freight forwarding business license at Hakata Port Station.
Registered for general port transportation business in Yokohama.
1957
Registered for general port transportation business at Keihin Port.
Upgraded the Yokohama sales office to a branch.
Opened the Tokyo sales office and obtained a general area (limited) freight motor transportation business license.
1958
Obtained customs rail freight handler license at Yokohama.
Acquired a limited freight forwarding business license at Higashi-Kokura Station.
1959
Opened the Osaka branch office at the Kobe branch.
Increased capital to 15 million yen.
Opened the Yatsushiro branch office.
Started ship agency services.

Obtained warehouse business license for Yokohama branch.
Acquired ship cargo handling business and coastal cargo handling business licenses at Yatsushiro Port.

Started the Moji Kataoka No. 6 and No. 7 warehouses operations.

Moved the headquarters from Moji City to Ginza, Chuo-ku, Tokyo.

Obtained a customs freight handler license for the Osaka sales office.
1965
Started automobile damage insurance agency business with Taisho Marine and Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.
Registered for domestic shipping services.
Opened the Soka sales office and obtained a general area (limited) freight motor transportation business license.
Moved the Tokyo sales office to Echujima, Koto-ku, Tokyo.
Completed the Yatsushiro warehouse.

Established Kanto Paper Transport Co., Ltd.
Abolished the Hanshin Branch and established the Kobe Branch and Osaka Sales Department.

Joined the Japan International Freight Forwarders Association.
Registered the automobile transportation services for Kansai Paper Transport Co., Ltd.
1987
The Keihin Branch began using the Honmoku Seaside Storage.
Completed the Oi Customs Warehouse Building No. 3.
1988
Opened the Yamato Distribution Center at the Keihin Branch.
Completed the Yatsushiro 2nd Warehouse at the Kyushu Branch Yatsushiro Sales Office.

Completed the Tosu Center Warehouse at the Fukuoka Sales Office, Kyushu Branch.
Completed the Yatsushiro 3rd Warehouse at the Yatsushiro Sales Office, Kyushu Branch.

Completed the Hakozaki Warehouse at the Fukuoka Sales Office, Kyushu Branch.

Completed the Seisin Warehouse at the Kobe Branch.
1994
Divided the Keihin Branch into the Tokyo Port Branch and the Yokohama Branch.

Opened the Heiwajima Logistics Center at the Tokyo Port Branch.

Opened the Iwakuni Sales Office at the Hiroshima Branch.
Obtained ISO 9002 quality management system certification.

Completed the Kusami Warehouse at the Kitakyushu Sales Office.

Changed the English company name to JPT LOGISTICS CO., LTD.
Opened the Otake Logistics Center.

Moved the headquarters to Kanda-Mitoshirocho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo.

Opened the Hiroshima Sales Office at the Kansai Branch and the Iwakuni Sales Office at the Kyushu Branch.

Completed the Otake Warehouse.

Obtained AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) certified customs broker accreditation.

Reduced capital to 100 million yen.

Completed the Yatsushiro 6th Warehouse at the Yatsushiro Sales Office.

Consolidated the Tokyo Port Branch and Yokohama Branch into the Keihin Branch.
